By the way...
We had tuna last night! The first of the freezer full of the boys fresh catches. We tried a recipe that Cam chose and had to throw it all away because it was nasty...then we tried it MY way (and the women are ALWAYS right...hehehe), and it was delish! We actually had a combo of "parts" from both recipes. We had the blackened fish (crusted with pepper) with some fried avocados (Oh My Goodness, these were great!), red bell pepper/pineapple salsa or pineapple/mango/strawberry salsa. Then I made some super fattening garlic mashed potatoes (with real cream instead of only milk), steamed asparagus (which I ate cold on a sandwich for lunch today, and it was very good), homemade crescent rolls, and yummy Texas style sweet tea (you know, with more sugar than tea). Should have taken a picture for you all, but I was way too busy stuffing myself for that nonsense!

I'm thinking you should bring some of that Tuna with you when you come Memorial Day weekend!! Sounds yummy.
