Changes

Cameron resigned his position at church. We have been praying on this for some time and just really felt that God was ready for us to leave. It was so hard. I barely made it through worship this morning before I lost my composure. I sat on the back pew and cried like a baby. We have been there for 5 years. I have known the church family for over 10 years. I didn't expect it to be easy. I am not that naive, but I just didn't think it would hit me as hard as it did this morning...

So now we have to face the daunting task of finding a new church family to join. There is some excitement and a lot of fear. But God will lead us. I know this. He has it all in His control.

Awww..poor Steph! I'll be praying for ya'll during this transition! When I was in San Angelo, my roommate and I went to Paulann and LOVED it. That's probably what I miss the most about SA, my church! I would definitely recommend visiting if you haven't!

We thought it was going to be difficult for us to find a new church home as well, but it turned out to be a blessing. When we found this one we both really felt it was the right move.

What a difficult decision. The Lord will lead you and your family to the right church perfect for your family. We go to Paul Ann and it is a great young family church. We would love to have you visit. Let me know if y'all go and we will look for you. Y'all could visit our small group, too! :)

Ok, well I guess that it's only fair that I get a little shoved into my face! Lucky you! ;0)

Wade is my best friend Jacque's brother. Our families have known each since before we were born. Jacque and I were in the nursery at church together when we were babies! Me, Jacque, and her husband Jason, all graduated from ASU, then the 3 of us all moved up to the Dallas area and are now teaching.
