I swam three laps (6 lengths) without stopping this morning! And the "stopping" afterward was actually swimming on my back for another lap then 2 more laps of regular swimming (what is that stroke called?). My goal is going to be...drumroll...25 laps!! Not sure when I will ever be able to achieve it, but hopefully not too long! It felt great!
So today, I am thankful for the gym membership. Exercise makes me feel good and gives me lots of energy. It also makes the guilt fall away when I eat the pumpkin pie I made last night... :)

Way to go Stephanie! I THINK the regular stroke is called the crawl stroke and of course the one on your back is the back stroke. And before you ask...I'm NOT a swimming expert! I just remember from swimming lessons YEARS AND YEARS ago!
Yay for the pie, don't forget to bring some with you & I'll try to workout before you get here! haha
I could probably do 6 laps...oh...wait...that the width of the pool not the length...and our pool came from Walmart and is only 2 ft deep and I am longer than it is wide. Good job Steph.
Yeah! Eat some of that pie for me your diabetic cuz. I experimented with making a diabetic pumpkin pie and Katie told me it was delicious!

Good job, Steph!! I knew you could do it. Better you than me!! ;) I would drown....seriously. And knowing my luck, there wouldn't be a lifeguard on duty!! :(
