We had a pool party planned for Gracie's 5th birthday. She only invited a few close friends, and it was going to be at Granny Janie's (Shawna's--my sis-in-law--mom) house. Well, thanks to the hurricane, we were completely rained out! I was scrambling the morning of her party to find something else to do. The party was set for 1:00pm. We found a new place in town that is a playground of bounce houses. They opened at noon. Eek! I was freaking out just a little by this time. Cam was there when they opened, and we set it up to go there and play for a couple hours. I called the parents, and it was arranged. It ended up working out just fine. The kids had a fun time, and Gracie turned five just fine without a pool!

They look like they're having a blast without a pool. You did good. 5? Wow!!! That's crazy that she's ALREADY 5 now!! I remember when you were PREGNANT with her!!
