I am trading my two older girls being home for their Daddy being gone. Cam leaves in the morning for the long awaited Tuna fishing trip. They are getting on the boat early Friday afternoon and getting off of it late Sunday afternoon. Isn't that nuts?!! They better come home with a huge load of fresh tuna!
My girls had a good time (from what I hear over the phone). Faith wouldn't get into the water, and she only liked the clean sand. If there were rocks or seaweed or other misc. gross things, she wanted to be carried...like the little princess that she is! Gracie isn't a huge fan of the water either, but she will let her feet get wet a little bit. They claim to have built a sand castle so large that they could walk in it! But mysteriously, no pictures were taken of this feat. Makes me go hmmm...
Right now, there is a storm raging outside, and the sounds and smells are wonderful! Why is it that this weather makes me want to do nothing more than lie down and take a nice long nap? It sounds like an orchestra is beating out a rhythm on my shrubs and the treetops. Then comes the big bass line with a rumble that you can feel in your bones. Then the crash after a built up chorus. It is just amazing how nature can create the most beautiful music without even trying! This is how big my God is!! WOW.
