because I know you love pictures...

I stopped by my friend Dana's house to say a quick hello, and she immediately grabbed her camera and took me outside to take a few photos.  HA!  She said this was too cute of an outfit to waste.  I must say, the hat is Chatty's, and I love, love, love it!  It was so much fun to wear!  I am thankful she is a friend who shares her super cute accessories!!

This is one of the projects I was working on.  The girls and I painted coffee filters with watercolors one day last week as a fun project that doubled for the materials I needed to make this tree.  Then we went on a scavenger hunt in the fields for dead branches.  Saturday morning, I cut the colored filters into the shape of leaves and hot glued them to dead branches.  This was used as part of the decorations for our church Thanksgiving meal.  It was fun and was really cute!! *as a side note about church, Cam and I celebrated our second anniversary at Lane Prairie Baptist last week!  We were given a really sweet gift and lots of hugs and applause :)  I turned four shades of red standing in front of the church (even though my outfit was adorable.  HA!), but was humbled by the love they showed us.
