Fall Saturday

The girls and I spent the day in the kitchen making some new dishes. We had so much fun!

Pumpkin cake with pumpkin buttercream frosting. It was delicious!!

A loaf of homemade artisan bread. It was crispy on the outside and soft & chewy on the inside. I will definitely make this again!

Making Pierogi...what is pierogi, you ask?? Well...it is an eastern European pasta dish . It is pasta dough kind of like the dough in a ravioli filled with cheddar mashed potatoes. They took a long time to make, but they were well worth it!!!
This is Faith filling a square with potato and rolling it.

This is the final product after it was boiled, cooled, and cooked in butter. It was WONDERFUL!!
