Yesterday was Gracie's first day of school! I have no cute pictures because we don't have to leave our home, but I am happy to report that we were all dressed with our hair brushed ready to face the day by 8:00!! Folks, that is improvement from last year...
We are learning Spanish this year. It is hilarious to hear Faith repeating Spanish phrases without s's! And the girls are learning the books of the old testament (thank you Ash for that idea).
Some funnies from the day: Faith was in time out, for probably the fourth time of the morning, and when she got out, Ellie immediately went to the corner and stood there with her nose touching the wall. She is very into repeating everything the sisters do. eek!!
At lunch, the grilled cheese sandwiches "got away from me" as Cameron put it, and Gracie was licking the sandwich when she said, "these looked burned, but when I lick the black part, it is REALLY good". I have to say, in my defense, that they were not really burned. When you use homemade bread, they have to be a little more cooked or the cheese doesn't melt! hehehe

Your girls are precious! Good luck w/ the Espanol (I know there should be a little wavy thingy over the "n" but I couldn't find it!)!
Congrats on your first day of school! I know a song from my Jr. Church Days to learn the books of the O.T. Remind me to share it with you and the girls. (uhhmm, I guess I better practice up--I can only go through Esther in my mind right now)
