Vacation...

Our car shopping yielded no fruit. :( I didn't want to settle on something that wasn't EXACTLY what I wanted, and Cam didn't feel that we needed to spend the money for what I wanted. It was a frustrating, emotional day, but I trust his judgement (even though I don't WANT to). It is better that we are good stewards of what God has blessed us with, so we are going to try to save as much as possible and put a significant amount down when we do buy my dream car. My truck is sufficient (cramped, but pretty and in great mechanical shape). So there you have it. I TOLD you I wouldn't end up getting one...hehehe.

Now, the big news. We are leaving Sunday for the Rocky Mountains. We plan to return at some point, no definite date, before or after July 4th. Hehehe. Our goal is to stay until after the 4th, but I am not a HUGE fan of smelly campfire smoke, no big bathtubs, or having to slave over primitive cooking methods to eat (Yes, I realize that everyone in my family has a fifth wheel, so it isn't exactly roughing it, but I WILL be sleeping in a tent in a bed much smaller than what I am used to with a big bed hog and a nursing baby). So, I am thinking we will be home the Saturday after we leave. :) Anyway, that means no more posts until I return. You'll survive, I promise. And just think of the thoughts that will NEED to come out when I return after two weeks of not blabbing on here!!
