Swimming!!!!!!

We went swimming Wednesday morning at our local neurosurgeon's house (lol). My brother's father-in-law is their personal contractor, and the owners (whom we actually know on a friend level) said that they could have people over to use their pool. This place was gorgeous! The pool was just amazing. It was the first time for Ellie to swim ( I think), and she liked it so much that she fell asleep while we were in the water walking around. Faith was a little frightened at first by not being able to touch the bottom, and I was a little paranoid too (see pictures of all the life saving devices I made them put on...hehehe). She soon rid herself of that fear and began taking off the flotation devices and running around like a crazed person. Eek! So I was running around after her just about freaked out. Gracie just played without needing much supervision (oh I can't wait until they are all at this stage!!). It was a TIRING afternoon. We came home and passed out! When I awoke, I realized that while all the kiddos got a layer of protective sunscreen, I did not. So once again, I have lobster colored shoulders that will soon turn back to being alabaster colored dotted with freckles. Oh the joy of being fair!

How fun! Swimming!!! Bethany is usually afraid of the water in such large amounts... but lately she has wanted to dive into every pool in site....

I don't look forward to having a fair skin baby.. which I have... I am sure she will not enjoy freckles at some point in life.. LOL

Enjoy your day!!
