Nesting is for Birds

Is it too early to "nest" at 31 weeks? I have decided that there is a lot that needs to be done before the arrival of our new baby. I am flipping out just a little because I am afraid that I won't have time to anything once she makes her arrival. Tomorrow, I will start painting the bedroom and my bathroom, and possibly all the cabinets that are in there too. The walls will be a nice peaceful blue (to match the crisp whiteness and blue of the new bedding I mentioned earlier). But, since we have one of those bathrooms that have the sink in the room and the toliet in his own room, I CAN'T just do one shade of blue...
And today, I painted all the red edges in the kitchen that I have been putting off touching up from when I painted the kitchen cream (from red) in March. I also made a batch of kolaches. I just thought it would be a good idea to gorge myself on those the day day before I have to go to the doctor to weigh in. Smart thinking- huh? So anyway, now I have this list that I made of all the things I need to do, and it is making me so tired! I just think of what is on it and have to go lay down on the couch. Shouldn't it motivate me? I thought this nesting stage was to help me accomplish all the little things we always put of because sane people don't care whether or not the baseboards are gleaming white. Instead, it is just causing me grief. Once again, thoughts of The List have worn me out. I must go rest.

Don't feel bad. Heck, I started nesting at about 8 weeks and I just stopped about a month ago. I'm thinking about doing some more this weekend.
